We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help us grow our business by identifying new prospects, building client relationships, and generating new leads.

Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current business opportunities
Find potential customers and generate leads
Contact and meet prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare quotations and business proposals
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
Develop partnerships and business opportunities
Meet sales and business development targets
Coordinate with the internal team to deliver projects successfully

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales and negotiation skills




Ability to approach and communicate with new clients
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
Previous sales/business development experience is preferred
Candidates with relevant experience in agriculture, landscaping, gardening, construction, or related fields will be an advantage
