Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Executive to generate new business opportunities across the GCC and international markets.
The role will focus on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, lead generation, client follow-ups, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with international clients and comfortable working with sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and online research.
Identify potential clients across the GCC and international markets.
Contact decision-makers and introduce Synergific's services.
Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
Schedule meetings and sales calls with potential clients.
Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Research companies, projects, tenders, and upcoming business opportunities.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.




Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for proposals and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and appointment targets.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, tele-sales, business development, or lead generation.
Experience in international sales or GCC markets is preferred.
Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
Positive English communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable speaking with international clients.
Experience with LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM, and lead-generation tools.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Willing to work with international time zones when required.
