Database Development
Design, develop, and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
Develop and maintain data structures as per application requirements

Performance Optimization
Monitor database performance and identify bottlenecks
Optimize queries and improve execution time
Implement indexing strategies for performance tuning

Data Management
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security
Perform data migration, extraction, and transformation tasks
Handle backups, restores, and recovery processes

Integration & Support
Work closely with application developers to support data requirements
Assist in integrating databases with applications and APIs
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues

Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper documentation of database structures and processes
Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Minimum 1+ year of experience in MS SQL Server development
Strong knowledge of T-SQL (queries, joins, subqueries,



stored procedures)
Experience with SQL Server 2016/2019/2022 (or similar versions)
Understanding of database design concepts (normalization, indexing)
Experience with performance tuning and query optimization
Familiarity with backup and recovery processes
Knowledge of SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio)
