We are looking for a fresher who is responsible for maintaining accurate product, billing, and account-related entries in the company CRM. The candidate should be comfortable working on computers and have positive attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update all product details in the company CRM.
Add and maintain customer and account information in CRM.
Enter sales bills, invoices, purchase bills and other account-related documents into the CRM.
Ensure all billing entries are accurate and updated on time.
Maintain proper digital records of invoices and documents.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams for missing or incorrect information.
Regularly check CRM data and correct errors.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Perform other basic data-entry and CRM-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome – No prior experience required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software/CRM systems.
Valuable typing and data-entry skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Preferred Candidate
Only Freshers are preferred.
Candidates with a basic understanding of billing, invoices or accounting will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
Should be sincere, organized and detail-oriented.
