Job Description – Watchman

Position: Watchman / Security Guard
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Employment Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities
Monitor and secure the premises, gates, and surrounding areas.
Control and record entry and exit of visitors, employees, vehicles, and materials.
Conduct regular rounds of the premises.
Maintain visitor and security registers.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activity.
Prevent unauthorized access.
Report theft, damage, accidents, or other incidents immediately.
Ensure gates, doors, and access points are properly secured.
Maintain safety and discipline around the premises.
Follow instructions given by management/supervisor.

Requirements
Physically fit, alert, and responsible.
Punctual and disciplined.
Positive observation and communication skills.
Previous watchman/security experience preferred.
Willing to work Monday to Sunday, 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
