Role: OT Technician

Department: Operation Theatre

Key Responsibilities

Prepare OT, surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables.

Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during procedures.

Maintain aseptic technique, sterilization, and infection-control standards.

Ensure proper instrument, swab, and equipment counts.

Handle OT equipment safely and report faults promptly.

Maintain OT records, stock, and consumable inventory.

Follow hospital SOPs, patient-safety, and biomedical-waste protocols.

Qualification & Skills

Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent.

0–3 years’ relevant experience preferred.

Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and OT procedures.

Positive teamwork, communication, and ability to work under pressure.

Ensure proper cleaning and post-operative OT preparation.
Follow hospital SOPs, patient-safety, and biomedical-waste protocols.
Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology; relevant hospital experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
