Job Description – Sales Officer

Experience: 1–3 Years, preferably in Frozen Food/Food Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Officer with valuable marketing sense and adequate knowledge of frozen food products and cold-chain operations to develop customers, achieve sales targets, and expand the company's market presence across HORECA, General Trade (GT), and Modern Trade (MT) channels in Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads and develop business across HORECA, GT, and MT channels.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective market coverage and customer visits.
Develop relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterers, Distributors, Retailers, Supermarkets, and Modern Trade outlets.
Promote and explain the company's frozen food products to customers.
Understand cold-chain requirements, temperature-controlled storage, transportation, and distribution of frozen food products.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing.




Negotiate with customers and ensure timely order closure and follow-up.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth order and delivery management.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Candidate Profile
Graduate; Sales/Marketing qualification preferred.
Adequate knowledge of frozen food products and cold-chain operations is essential.
Good understanding of HORECA, GT, and MT sales channels.
Good marketing sense and understanding of customer requirements.
Solid communication, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR.
Knowledge of the Delhi/NCR frozen food market and distribution network will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
