Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day site operations and manpower deployment.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and technical teams.
Ensure proper attendance, shift allocation, and manpower availability.
Conduct field visits and monitor workforce performance.
Support recruitment and mobilization activities for client sites.
Maintain employee records, reports, and documentation.
Resolve employee grievances and operational issues.
Coordinate with clients regarding operational requirements.
Ensure grooming, discipline, and compliance at sites.
Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management.

Required Skills
Solid manpower handling skills.
Positive communication and coordination ability.
Experience in facility management operations preferred.
Knowledge of attendance and shift management.
Ability to work in field operations and client-facing roles.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
