We are looking for a Motion Graphics Team Lead who can lead and manage the Motion Graphics team while ensuring high-quality, creative, and timely delivery of video and motion content. The role requires robust hands-on motion design skills along with team management, creative direction, and project coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor the creative team.
Assign tasks to team members based on workload, skills, and project requirements.
Monitor the team's daily work and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
Create and supervise motion graphics, animations, reels, social media videos, and other video content.
Review team members' work and ensure the final output meets creative and technical standards.
Provide constructive feedback and support team members in improving their skills and performance.
Coordinate with Creative Leads, Graphic Designers,



Copywriters, and other teams for smooth project execution.
Handle complex and high-priority projects when required.
Ensure consistency in animation quality, visual style, typography, transitions, and storytelling.
Identify and resolve creative or technical issues during production.
Maintain an productive workflow and ensure proper prioritization of tasks.
Stay updated with the latest motion graphics trends, tools, techniques, and industry standards.
Ensure proper file management, export settings, formats, and delivery requirements.
Take responsibility for the overall quality and timely delivery of the Motion Graphics team's output.
