Recruitment Manager – Job Description

We are hiring a Recruitment Manager with 4–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing, stakeholder management and team-handling skills, with hands-on experience in bulk and leadership hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across various roles.

Drive bulk and leadership hiring and ensure timely closures.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals and recruitment consultants.

Manage the recruitment team, targets, TAT and MIS.

Coordinate with business teams to understand manpower requirements.

Handle offer negotiations, joining follow-ups and recruitment documentation.

Requirements:

4–7 years of relevant recruitment experience.

Robust candidate sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in team handling and bulk hiring.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and MS Excel.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
