We are hiring Telecallers to join our immigration team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence while speaking with clients, and a target-oriented approach. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain immigration/visa services.
Understand client requirements and provide basic information about available services.
Handle incoming calls and respond to client queries professionally.
Generate leads and convert potential clients into customers.
Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments for visa counselors.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain professional relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service,
immigration, or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Confident and qualified approach while speaking with clients.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge.
Immigration/visa industry experience will be an advantage.
