We are hiring E-commerce Executives to manage product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and marketplace compliance on eBay.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce listing management, strong attention to detail, and a positive understanding of marketplace policies and product data management.
Key Responsibilities
Create, upload, and manage product listings on eBay.
Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and attributes.
Set and update product pricing based on business requirements and market trends.
Ensure all listings comply with eBay policies and marketplace guidelines.
Regularly review and update live listings.
Identify and correct listing errors and remove discontinued products.
Monitor competitor pricing, product listings, and marketplace trends.
Coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team to ensure stock availability matches live listings.
Monitor and resolve listing-related flags, errors, and compliance issues raised by eBay.
Maintain accurate product and pricing data using MS Excel and other data management tools.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in e-commerce listing or marketplace operations preferred.
Hands-on experience with eBay will be an added advantage.
Valuable understanding of e-commerce marketplace compliance and listing best practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple product listings and tasks simultaneously.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
