We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle end-to-end travel requirements for domestic and international clients.
Responsibilities
Handle domestic & international flight bookings and ticketing.
Prepare customized holiday packages and travel itineraries.
Manage hotel, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and other travel arrangements.
Handle corporate, leisure, family, group, and honeymoon travel.
Assist with visa documentation and travel insurance.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel suppliers.
Handle booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and customer queries.
Follow up on enquiries and achieve sales targets.
Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in the travel industry preferred.
Positive knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
Solid communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of travel packages, hotels, ticketing, and visa processes.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
