Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and positive Malayalam-speaking candidates for our Malayalam Voice Process. Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and handle incoming calls when required.
Communicate with customers professionally in Malayalam.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or assistance.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries, objections, and basic complaints professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/performance targets.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
Follow company calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Eligibility

For Freshers:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam.
Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.




Willingness to make a high volume of calls.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

For Experienced Candidates:
Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, domestic voice process, customer service, sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
Experience in handling customer calls and follow-ups will be preferred.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and queries.
Basic knowledge of CRM/software.
Ability to achieve calling and performance targets.
