OT Technician

Location: Thane
Department: Operation Theatre

Job Responsibilities
Prepare the OT, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for cardiac and other surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and OT nursing staff during procedures.
Handle and maintain surgical instruments and OT equipment.
Ensure proper sterilization and infection-control practices.
Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and transfer.
Ensure all required instruments and consumables are available before surgery.
Maintain OT checklists, records, and documentation.
Coordinate with CSSD, nursing, housekeeping, and other departments.
Follow hospital protocols for patient safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the OT before and after procedures.

Qualification & Experience
Diploma/B.Sc.



in Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent.
1–8 years of OT experience preferred.
Experience in a cardiac hospital or cardiac OT will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
