Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Center Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of a multi-specialty clinic. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in hospital or clinic management and be capable of managing daily operations, staff, patient experience, and overall center performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
Manage front office, patient flow, appointments, and service delivery
Supervise and coordinate clinical, administrative, and support staff
Monitor operational performance and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
Ensure high standards of patient care and customer satisfaction
Manage resources, inventory, vendors,



and operational budgets
Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with quality and operational standards
Prepare reports and coordinate with management on center performance

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital or clinic operations
Previous experience as a Center Manager, Operations Manager, or Clinic Manager preferred
Robust leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
Ability to independently manage all functions of the center .

Work Location: In-person

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
