Junior Advocate – Lokdeeksha Law Associates, Jaipur Lokdeeksha Law Associates is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Advocate to join our legal team at our Jaipur office. This position offers practical exposure to court proceedings, legal research, drafting, case management, and day-to-day litigation work under the guidance of senior advocates. Key Responsibilities: Assisting senior advocates in civil and criminal litigation matters. Conducting legal research and preparing case laws and legal notes. Drafting applications, notices, replies, pleadings, petitions and other legal documents. Attending courts and assisting with hearings and case proceedings. Preparing case files, briefings, documentation and matter-wise case summaries. Coordinating with clients, court staff and other stakeholders when required. Tracking court dates, orders, filings and compliance requirements. Assisting in preparation of arguments and hearing strategies. Maintaining proper records and ensuring timely completion of assigned work. Eligibility: LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) degree from a recognised institution.



Freshers and advocates with relevant litigation experience may apply. Good knowledge of legal drafting, research and basic court procedures. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Candidates should be sincere, disciplined, punctual and comfortable with regular court work. Court attire/formal qualified dress is required.
