Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries.
Resolve customer concerns and provide product information.
Maintain customer records and follow up on requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Service.
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
Basic computer knowledge and a customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
