We are looking for a specialist to help implement and improve a structured system for managing product data, images, and customer-specific catalogs across multiple companies.
We manage hundreds of products and thousands of product images and require a reliable system that can:
Maintain a centralized master product database
Organize and associate product images with the correct items
Categorize and itemize products consistently
Assign selected products from the master database to individual customers
Support separate product sets across multiple companies
Improve product search, filtering, and catalog maintenance
Introduce practical automation where appropriate
The scope may include improving existing processes and implementing a suitable database or catalog management solution. The final system and level of automation will be based on our requirements and the candidate’s capabilities.
Relevant experience may include:
Product database and catalog management
Database design and data organization
PIM or DAM systems
Airtable, SQL, FileMaker, or similar platforms
Workflow automation
Managing large product and image libraries
