Job Summary

Shivank Jalan Photo Gallery is hiring a Telecaller / Sales Executive for our wedding photography studio in Lucknow. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic candidate who can handle inbound enquiries, follow up with potential clients, schedule appointments, and convert leads into bookings.

If you have experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Business Development or Lead Conversion, we'd love to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads from Meta Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google and referrals.
Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients.
Explain wedding photography, pre-wedding and cinematography packages.
Schedule meetings and studio visits with interested clients.
Build trust with clients through professional communication.
Maintain lead records in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Respond to customer enquiries on WhatsApp and phone calls.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Basic spoken English.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Valuable follow-up ability.
Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel,



Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web).
