Key Responsibilities
Mentor and guide students preparing for competitive examinations.
Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
Conduct regular follow-ups and motivate students to achieve their goals.
Coordinate with faculty and support day-to-day academic activities.
Address students' academic queries and maintain progress records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Must be preparing for Kerala PSC (KPSC) examinations.
Must have appeared in / be included in any KPSC rank list or shortlist.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of competitive exam preparation.
Malayalam proficiency preferred.
