Instructional Designer – Job Description
At least 6+ years’ experience in eLearning content development
Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
Experience in eLearning content creation (corporate learning)
Experience in creating scripts for WBT or Video based training
Knowledge of real-world application of ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy and Adult learning concepts and principles
Experience in writing assessment questions for evaluation
Working experience in interactive courseware, computer-based training, multimedia instruction, and/or web-based training.

Mandatory requirements:
Must have created learning content for Corporates
K12 experience will not be valid for this requirement
Certification in Instructional Design, preferred
Experience in tools like Power Point, Canva or Vyond needed
Preferred - At least 2 – 3 years’ working knowledge of rapid development content creation tools like Articulate Storyline and/or 360, Adobe Captivate

Location: Mumbai

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
