Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office/Microsoft 365, applications, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
Manage user accounts, access, and permissions through Active Directory.
Handle IT tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, software licenses, and system documentation.
Support employee onboarding/offboarding, including system allocation and recovery.




Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and other IT services.
Ensure antivirus, security updates, patches, and system maintenance are completed regularly.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
Robust knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking.
Good hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Experience with IT ticketing/helpdesk tools.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
