We are looking for a passionate and skilled English Language Trainer to join our team full time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language training sessions and helping learners improve their communication skills for academic and skilled purposes.
Key responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English language training sessions for individuals and groups
Assess learners' proficiency levels and design tailored learning plans
Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Develop training materials, exercises, and assessments
Support learners in improving reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
Maintain records of attendance, progress, and learning outcomes
Work from Office
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in English language training or IELTS Coaching
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to adapt teaching style to different learner needs
Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
Valuable to have
Experience with IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE exam preparation and coaching
Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital teaching tools
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
