Monitor Shift output to remedy shortfalls in Quality, Cost & Delivery Schedules.
To ensure the tool set up change sheet is filled before tool loading as per production plan.
Prepare daily compound consumption report, DPR report / tool history card.
Daily checking of operator production report
Attend production meetings
Ensure ‘5S’ is maintained at their respective module.
To ensure consumables, safety equipments are worn by operators.
To ensure safety and workplace norms are followed at the shop-floor.
