JOB DESCRIPTION – WORKSHOP CASHIER

Position: Cashier – Automobile Workshop

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer billing and payment collection for workshop services, parts and accessories.
Generate accurate invoices, receipts and payment entries in the DMS/ERP system.
Handle cash, card, UPI and other payment modes and maintain daily cash records.
Reconcile daily collections with system reports and submit cash/collection reports to Accounts.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Accounts for billing corrections and pending payments.
Maintain proper records of credit/debit transactions and customer outstanding amounts.
Ensure timely and accurate closure of daily cash and billing activities.
Provide qualified and courteous service to customers during payment and vehicle delivery.
Follow company policies, financial controls and audit requirements.

Key Skills: Cash handling, billing, basic accounting, DMS/ERP knowledge, accuracy, customer handling and valuable communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
