Full job description
Handle end-to-end client communication and relationship management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients.
Generate leads by inviting and engaging prospective customers through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
Present jewelry collections professionally to clients, both virtually and in person.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to generate repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events, and client meetings.
Stay updated on jewelry trends, customer preferences, and market developments.
Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's brand image.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, retail, luxury products, or the jewelry industry is preferred.




Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
Confidence in presenting products to customers.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms for customer engagement and lead generation.
Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates proficient in South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) will be given preference.
Fluency in English and Hindi is desirable.
Willingness to travel for official work as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
