A Critical Care Technician (CCT) assists doctors and nurses in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) by providing direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, and supporting life-saving procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, oxygen saturation, ECG)
Assist in emergency procedures (CPR, intubation support)
Operate and maintain ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, defibrillators)
Provide basic patient care (bathing, feeding, positioning)
Collect samples (blood, urine) for laboratory testing
Maintain infection control and hygiene standards
Assist nurses and doctors during critical interventions
Ensure proper documentation of patient records

Required Qualifications
Diploma / Certificate in Critical Care Technology / ICU Technician




BSc in allied health sciences (preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (added advantage)

Experience
Minimum 6 months to 2 Years
