About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting healthcare professionals for the US market and be comfortable working in a night shift.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based requirements.
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Required Skills
1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
Valuable understanding of the US healthcare staffing/recruitment process.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Comfortable working in a 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST shift.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and US job portals will be an advantage.
