We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting management with timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Book, and Bank Book.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Monitor receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance as applicable.
Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory returns.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial records and supporting documents.




Assist with internal and statutory audits.
Monitor project-wise expenses, budgets, and financial transactions.
Verify expenses, purchase bills, subcontractor bills, and payment requests.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
Prepare cash-flow statements and assist in financial planning.
Support management in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
