Position Title: Service Manager
Location: Honda Service Centre Trivandrum

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Automobile service industry

To lead, manage, and grow the workshop operations for a premier Honda Two-Wheeler dealership. This role focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction, driving service revenue, and maintaining strict compliance with Honda’s standard operating procedures

Key Responsibilities
Workshop Operations: Oversee daily workshop activities to ensure optimal productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints promptly to achieve high scores in Honda’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Revenue Generation: Drive targets for periodic maintenance services, repairs, bodily workshop jobs, and value-added services.
Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate service advisors, floor supervisors, and technicians to maintain high morale and skill levels.
Inventory Control: Coordinate with the parts department to ensure the availability of genuine Honda spare parts and lubricants.
Process Compliance: Enforce Honda’s standard service processes, safety guidelines, and workshop hygiene standards.




Reporting: Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly service data to report performance metrics to the management and Honda regional office.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education: B.Tech, B.E., or Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
Experience: Proven track record in two-wheeler automobile service management, preferably with direct exposure to Honda Two-Wheeler dealership processes.
Age Limit: Maximum 34 years of age.
Technical Skills: Solid diagnostic skills for two-wheeler mechanics, fuel injection systems, and contemporary scooter/motorcycle electricals. [1]
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, customer handling, and transparent communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
