Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes right from recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement and other HR-related activities.

Key responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, background verification, selection, offer negotiation, and offer issuance.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Manage payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, bonuses, increments, and employee records.
Ensure timely statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable requirements.




Support performance appraisals, employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee queries, HRMS, and documentation.
Review, update, and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a positive and skilled work setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
