Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, patient-friendly and experienced Telecaller / Patient Counselling Executive to handle patient enquiries, lead follow-ups and appointment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound patient calls.
Explain IVF/fertility services and consultations professionally.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.
Maintain lead and patient records.
Build positive relationships with patients.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff when required.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in Telecalling / Patient Counselling / Healthcare* preferred.
IVF/Fertility experience will be an advantage.





Excellent Hindi & English communication skills*.
Valuable counselling, convincing and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident, polite and empathetic personality.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
