Handle day-to-day production activities in lithium-ion battery manufacturing.
Supervise battery assembly processes including cell sorting, spot welding, BMS fitting, testing, and packing.
Monitor production line efficiency and maintain production targets.
Ensure proper handling and storage of lithium-ion cells and battery materials.
Maintain quality standards during battery pack manufacturing.
Coordinate with QC team for testing and inspection of battery packs.
Identify production issues and help in troubleshooting process problems.
Maintain production reports, stock usage, and process records.
Follow safety procedures and company manufacturing protocols.
Support continuous improvement in production processes.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
