Hiring : Computer Hardware field Engineer
Visit client locations for computer hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS, Server, Firewall, Router and other IT hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
Perform hardware upgrades, component replacement, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot LAN, networking, internet connectivity, and basic server-related issues.
Provide technical support to clients and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
Maintain records of field visits, hardware issues, replacements, and service reports.
Coordinate with the internal technical/support team for complex issues.
Ensure proper handling and security of company/client equipment.

Salary Scale : 15k-25k
