Plan, monitor and execute daily production activities as per production schedules and dispatch requirements.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
Monitor wire mesh manufacturing processes, machine performance and production output.
Allocate manpower and machines effectively to achieve optimum productivity.
Supervise operators and production workers and ensure proper utilisation of manpower.
Monitor machine downtime, production losses, rejection and rework, and take corrective actions.
Ensure production is carried out as per approved specifications, work instructions and quality standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and Planning teams for smooth production flow.
Ensure availability of raw materials, tools,



consumables and other production requirements.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
Monitor material consumption and minimise wastage and production losses.
Maintain daily production reports, machine utilisation, downtime and manpower records.
Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
