Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Attend and resolve guest complaints related to maintenance issues (AC, water supply, lighting, etc.) promptly.
Conduct daily inspections of hotel facilities, equipment, and public areas.
Ensure proper functioning of generators, boilers, chillers, and other utility systems.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Assist in installation of recent equipment and systems.
Maintain maintenance logs, records, and checklists.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
