About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the organization in building a robust talent pool.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview rounds.
Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.




Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
Support other HR activities as required.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in recruitment/HR; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
