Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
Automate reports and streamline reporting processes wherever possible.
Support business planning and strategic decision-making through analytics.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, MIS, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
Solid knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH).
Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Valuable understanding of SQL and database concepts.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
