Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to supervise screen printing operations, manage production activities, ensure quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.
Key Requirement:
Degree/Diploma in Printing Technology.
Positive knowledge of screen printing processes and machines.
Experience in production planning and manpower handling.
Understanding of print quality, colour matching, registration, and finishing.
Ability to monitor production targets and reduce rejection/wastage.
Knowledge of production reports and basic MS Office/Excel.
Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Robust team handling and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety, 5S, and SOP compliance.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to work.
