Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Fitness Trainer role based at BI FITNESS CLUB in Sulthanbathery. The Fitness Trainer will design and deliver protected, effective workout programs for individuals and groups, including warm-ups, strength and conditioning routines, and cooldowns. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading group exercise sessions, providing one-on-one fitness instruction, demonstrating proper technique, and monitoring member progress toward their goals. The role also involves offering basic guidance on healthy lifestyle habits, maintaining a clean and organized training area, and collaborating with other staff to support member retention and satisfaction. The Fitness Trainer is expected to provide excellent customer service, respond to member inquiries, and promote club programs and events

Qualifications: Strong skills in Fitness Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to create and adjust programs for different fitness levels. Experience with Group Exercise, including leading classes and engaging participants safely and effectively.



Familiarity with the Fitness Industry, including current training practices, safety standards, and basic equipment use. Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on transparent communication, empathy, and member satisfaction. Relevant certification in personal training or group fitness from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA) is preferred. Knowledge of basic anatomy, exercise science, and injury prevention. Ability to work flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical ability to demonstrate exercises, stand for extended periods, and safely assist members with equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
