We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an chance to gain practical exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and sourcing of candidates.
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with attendance and leave management.
Support HR-related documentation and reports.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Perform other HR activities as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA/PG in HR is an added advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
