Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR operations, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, and offer management.
Coordinate with technical/functional panels for interviews and collect interview feedback.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment MIS, and hiring trackers.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining and complete joining and onboarding formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Handle employee queries and support employee engagement and grievance resolution.
Assist in payroll, salary processing, statutory compliance, and HR reporting.
Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and relieving letters.
Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Assist in manpower planning and workforce requirements.




Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively.
Prepare regular HR/MIS reports for management.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS and recruitment portals is an advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of basic labour laws and statutory compliance is preferred.

Educational Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
