Staff Supervision and Management:
Oversee and manage the dining room staff, including assigning tasks and creating duty schedules.
Train and mentor new and existing staff to maintain high service standards.
Monitor staff performance and promote a positive and cooperative team setting.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:
Ensure guests receive exceptional service, feel welcome, and are satisfied with their dining experience.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and handle reservations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
