Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, engineering, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
Prepare and review SLDs, electrical layouts, load schedules, cable schedules, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.
Manage electrical projects from concept through execution and commissioning.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Review technical offers, vendor drawings, datasheets, and equipment specifications.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, IS, NFPA, NEC, and statutory requirements, as applicable.
Conduct electrical load calculations, cable sizing, voltage-drop calculations, short-circuit studies, and protection coordination.
Handle equipment such as transformers, HT/LT switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, UPS systems, DG sets, motors, APFC panels, and protection systems.
Identify electrical reliability issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop preventive maintenance plans and monitor equipment performance.
Support root-cause analysis of electrical failures and recommend long-term solutions.
Ensure electrical safety, including LOTO, earthing, protection, isolation,



and protected work practices.
Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and contractor performance.
Prepare technical reports, progress reports, inspection reports, and commissioning documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians and provide technical guidance to the team.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
7–12 years of relevant engineering/project/maintenance experience.
Robust knowledge of electrical power distribution and industrial electrical systems.
Experience with electrical drawings and engineering documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,800.60 - ₹75,000.00 per month
