Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator will handle day-to-day office operations with a robust focus on communication, data management, and sales coordination. The role involves interacting with customers, managing enquiries from platforms like IndiaMART, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and communicate with customers regarding products and enquiries
Follow up on leads received through direct enquiries and platforms like IndiaMART
Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements
Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records (both digital and physical)
Manage and update customer data and enquiry records
Perform regular sales calling and follow-ups to convert leads
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch updates
Assist in general office administration and daily operations

Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & English required; regional language preferred)
Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction




Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good follow-up skills

Candidates with prior experience in office administration, customer service, telecalling, or sales coordination will have an added advantage
