We are currently hiring for the position of Zone Head – Sales
Position: Zone Head/Manager – Sales—Full Time

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving sales across the North Zone. You will own the complete sales cycle, including lead conversion, dealer/channel development, project sales, specification sales and corporate business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Own revenue and margin targets for the North Zone.
Convert qualified leads generated by the central digital team.
Appoint, develop and manage dealers/channel partners.
Develop business with architects, MEP consultants, interior designers and contractors.
Build relationships with builders, developers and corporate clients.
Drive project and specification sales.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across the territory.
Coordinate with pre-sales, design,
projects and service teams.
Ensure smooth handover of closed projects to the execution team.
Expand market presence and build the Zone from the ground up.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of experience in field sales/business development.
Solid experience in HVAC, ventilation, fresh air, chillers, building products, electricals, automation or related technical products.
Experience in at least two of the following:
– Dealer/Channel Development
– Project Sales
– Architect/MEP/Specification Sales
– Corporate/B2B Sales
Robust market exposure and network.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management and business development skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Zone.
Valid driving licence preferred.
