Key Responsibilities:
Voice:
Address customer queries via calls and chat
Assist US clients with technical or account-related issues
Accurately document all customer interactions
Adhere to company processes and quality standards
Collaborate effectively with team members

Non-Voice:
Manage global client interactions focused on financial documentation and data management
Ensure meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy




Proficiency in written English communication is essential
Graduates from any discipline (B.Tech, BCA, MBA, etc.) are eligible

Your Role:
Manage backend invoicing and documentation processes
Coordinate with US clients on billing-related tasks
Maintain detailed records to uphold data integrity
Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies
