Job Summary

Arpana Tiles Mart is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, billing, accounts receivable/payable, GST-related activities, and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, accuracy in financial reporting, and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily sales, purchase, and cash records.
Generate invoices, quotations, and customer statements.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Handle GST billing, filing support, and tax-related documentation.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and suppliers when required.
Prepare monthly financial reports and management summaries.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.





Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
Understanding of GST and basic taxation procedures.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, or retail showroom.
Knowledge of inventory management and stock accounting.
