Job Title: Faculty – Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures in Marketing and related management subjects.
Develop course content, lesson plans, case studies, and assessments.
Use practical, industry-oriented, and technology-enabled teaching methods.
Mentor students on academic projects, internships, and presentations.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Participate in curriculum development, workshops, seminars, and academic activities.
Contribute to research, publications, and industry engagement.

Qualifications
Ph.D./Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 55% marks or equivalent,



as per applicable UGC norms.
5 years of teaching experience in Marketing/Management is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Robust knowledge of Marketing concepts and current industry trends.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behaviour, Brand Management, and Social Media Marketing.
Solid student mentoring and presentation skills.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
